I’ve worked with many backgrounds, but have particular strengths in working with Men on relating to themselves, and working with Women on relating to Men.
-All while creating work/life/relationship balance in the bustle of Los Angeles-
The Approach
I begin all work by going through a breakdown of Attachment Theory, it’s relation to neural programming, and how that programming then presents itself in the body and mind (i.e. Anxiety, Depression, and general distress).
Then you talk, and I listen! I ask questions, provide food for thought, pull from a toolbox of intervention tools and knowledge—listen some more—nudge you a bit--- and repeat until the work feels complete.
“The work” seeks to demystify the internal programming given to us by our family, society, peers, and selves—laying it all out on the table—and then consciously moving towards that which you choose to be your healthier, improved self. I’m not an expert on you; you are— but I’m an expert guide at navigating uncharted waters, whether reprocessing past experience or implementing future actions— all while empowering you at the helm.
I have worked with couples on the brink of divorce, adolescents, court-mandated clients, fathers, mothers, Creative professionals, Business professionals, Sports players, Healthcare workers, College students, “Public Figures”… I’ve been around the block!
